Francisco is one of Ecuador’s most experienced lawyers in energy matters, with a particular emphasis on oil, gas and electricity. He has a decades-long tack record of negotiating and implementing oil contracts and advises our energy clients on their day-to-day operations and challenges. He also has extensive experience in negotiatiating and implementing electric power and alternative energy contracts.
