Ana Victoria is part of the firm’s Dispute Resolution area, where her practice focuses on domestic and international litigation and arbitration.
She has been involved in various disputes in the hydrocarbons, mining, construction, technology and telecommunications sectors, including arbitrations under UNCITRAL, ICC and ICSID rules. She has also participated in domestic and international award enforcement and annulment proceedings.
In addition to her experience, she has advised clients in complex corporate structures.
