Dispute Resolution
Daniel is a Senior Associate of the firm’s dispute resolution practice area; he concentrates his practice in litigation and domestic and international arbitration. As part of his practice, he has also represented clients in customs claims at the administrative and judicial level, including hearings at the National Court of Justice.
Daniel has broad experience in constitutional actions, including actions for constitutional protection, unconstitutionality actions, and extraordinary protection actions. His experience at the Constitutional Court of Ecuador and the Office of the President of the National Assembly gave him the opportunity to consolidate his public law practice.
In the field of arbitration, he has represented both domestic and international clients in arbitration proceedings involving the telecommunications and construction sectors and public service contracts.
