Diego leads our Labor department, advising clients on employment, immigration, corporate and contractual matters in Ecuador

Diego focuses on labor and immigration issues, as well as corporate and contractual matters. In the labor area, Diego advises clients on day-to-day issues such as hiring personnel, termination of employment, compliance with obligations and complex labor matters, such as litigation arising from labor claims including profit-sharing and sham contracts.
