Felipe

Felipe is part of our Dispute Resolution team.

Felipe concentrates his practice in the firm’s dispute resolution practice area.

Felipe advises and represents clients in domestic and international arbitration proceedings under ICC and UNCITRAL rules, as well as in litigation before ordinary courts. He has experience in cases relating to energy, construction, transport, M&A, software, among others, advising local and international companies on complex disputes. Likewise, Felipe’s practice includes advising on disputes related to public contracts, civil and commercial contracts, and civil liability, as well as the enforcement of domestic and foreign arbitration awards.

Felipe has also worked as secretary in international arbitration proceedings under the Rules of the Madrid International Arbitration Center–Ibero-American Arbitration Center (CIAM-CIAR), as well as in domestic arbitrations before Ecuadorian arbitration institutions. He is a member of the main arbitration forums at a local and international level.
