John concentrates his practice on compliance with and the application of environmental regulations, monitoring environmental management plans, and the implementation of measures that promote sustainability and social responsibility in public and private projects.

He has extensive experience in technical reporting and environmental monitoring assessment. He is also experienced in audits of public works with CAF XIV and CAF XV external financing from the Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean.
