Katherin specializes in corporate and business law, with more than 15 years of experience providing comprehensive legal counsel, both in private practice and as an in-house attorney.
Katherin concentrates her practice on transactions and contractual matters, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and tax planning.
She has worked on the negotiation and execution of complex transactions and has advised a wide variety of businesses on legal issues, including the real estate, agribusiness, hotel and consumer goods sectors.
