María Gracia is a member of PBP’s Corporate team.
María Gracia concentrates her practice on advising legal entities and individuals on domestic and international labor and social security matters. She is also experienced in litigating labor matters through administrative and court channels. As well as advising clients, she represents clients in administrative proceedings involving the Ministry of Labor and the Ecuadorian Social Security Institute.
María Gracia is experienced in regulatory, corporate and commercial processes. She helps to prepare, structure, draft and review contracts.
