Marissa is a member of the firm’s small claims team. She concentrates her practice on dispute resolution, with a focus on mediation, arbitration and litigation. In the field of litigation, Marissa is experienced in disputes relating to civil and administrative litigation and the enforcement of the ensuing court decisions. She also has extensive experience of resolving disputes through alternative dispute resolution methods.
