Mayka is a member of our Personal Data Protection team.
Mayka specializes in personal data protection, with extensive experience of advising local and international companies. She provides comprehensive support in the application of Ecuador’s Personal Data Protection Law, leading due diligence for regulatory implementation and adaptation.
Mayka also carries out impact assessments, analyses of data transfers, and the application of information security measures.
