Personal Data Protection
Paula concentrates her practice on personal data protection, artificial intelligence and international arbitration, with a European and international approach.
She has advised companies on compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and has worked on implementation projects, impact assessments, international data transfers and the adoption of security measures. She has expertise in regulatory analysis and the management of risks associated with emerging technologies and artificial intelligence.
Paula has also worked on proceedings involving the Spanish Data Protection Agency, including investigations and penalties. In the field of dispute resolution, she has collaborated on commercial and international arbitration cases as well as civil and commercial litigation matters. Her experience is complemented by her international academic background and active involvement in professional initiatives, such as her role as editor at the Spanish and Ibero-American Arbitration Club (CEIA-40).
