If you are hired, your data will become part of your employment record.

If you are not hired, with your authorization, PBP will retain your information for possible subsequent contacts and/or to share it with companies in the sector to use it in the event that any employment possibility arises that fits your profile.

THE APPLICANT has the obligation to protect the personal data that they access, maintain or will maintain during their relationship with the PBP company and, as a consequence of this legal obligation, they must adopt technological, administrative and security measures. physical; according to the criticality of the personal information to which you access, to guarantee that this type of information is not used, commercialized, transferred, transferred and/or is not subjected to any other treatment contrary to the purpose for which it has been transferred.

The request to exercise rights proposed by the owner must be responded to within 15 days by PBP. Within 5 days, the company may require the owner to clarify or complete the request by means of a notification. The owner will have 10 days to respond to the request. In the event that the request is not answered, PBP may archive its request through a duly substantiated notification. This circumstance does not hinder the right of the owner to submit a new request to exercise rights.

The response will be given electronically to the email address specified in the request, within fifteen (15) days of the request being made by the owner, without any comment
