Labor: 4 New Contracts

The Ministry of Work has issued the regulations for 4 new modalities of employment contract:

1. productive contract[i];
2. special contract for the tourism and/or cultural and creative sectors[ii];
3. contract for enterprise[iii]; and
4. contracting for youth to access the job market and training incentives[iv].

These new contract modalities can only be applied for new hires.
