Adrián has more than ten years of experience and a track record in the areas of finance, tax, accounting and audits. He leads strategic projects in financial and tax due diligence, tax structuring and planning, corporate reorganizations, financial consulting, and tax optimization processes, as well as supporting companies in tax recovery and assessment procedures involving the tax authority.

Adrián combines a cross-functional business perspective with deep technical expertise, providing high-impact solutions in areas such as the insurance, commercial, agri-business, energy, mining, oil, industrial and export sectors.

He co-leads the financial and tax advisory services in connection with the analysis of provisions for employer-paid retirement pensions and severance. He is also a tax expert accredited by the Council of the Judiciary.

Alongside his professional practice, he is often a speaker at chambers of commerce, professional associations, and tax, accounting and financial training seminars.
