Adrián

Adrián is a manager in PBP’s tax unit, with more than 10 years of experience in the areas of financial accounting, tax and audits. He concentrates his practice on providing tax and financial advice to local and international entities, with a particular focus on companies in the commercial, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, mining, oil services and energy sectors.

He co-leads the financial and tax advisory services in connection with the analysis of provisions for employer-paid retirement pensions and severance. He is a tax expert accredited by the Council of the Judiciary.

He has worked on tax due diligence, tax structuring and planning, corporate reorganizations, analysis of accounting and tax aspects, tax assessments and tax refunds involving the tax authority.

He actively participates as a speaker at associations of accountants and at tax, accounting and financial training seminars.
