Andrés is part of our Personal Data Protection team.
Andrés is an expert in project management, personal data protection, artificial intelligence, and software development. He has extensive experience leading strategic and technology initiatives in the telecommunications, banking, education and technology sectors, in both the public and private sectors and at a national and international level.
Andrés is experienced in system integration, technological modernization and artificial intelligence. He combines this with a solid background in project management under traditional and agile methods (PMP, SCRUM), as well as compliance with Ecuador’s Personal Data Protection Law and coordination with multilateral bodies.
In the field of personal data protection, he advises organizations on regulatory compliance strategies, risk management, enhancing organizational maturity, and the adoption of data privacy and security best practices.
