Daniela is a member of our Labor team.
Daniela specializes in representing clients in labor claims and lawsuits, as well as administrative labor and social security proceedings involving the Ministry of Labor and the Ecuadorian Social Security Institute. She provides legal advice to local and international clients on compliance with labor, health & safety and social security obligations.
She has worked on the creation and planning of strategies for restructuring companies and mitigating risks in the work environment.
