David

David concentrates his practice on corporate and company law, with a focus on the structuring, formation and reorganization of companies under Ecuadorian law.

He is experienced in drafting and reviewing corporate records, bylaw amendments, director appointments, and compliance with obligations towards regulatory bodies such as the Superintendency of Companies.

In addition, his time at the Office of the Attorney General has afforded him a solid background in legal analysis and case management, strengthening his skill in the   prevention of legal risks and the assessment of contingencies in the business environment.   

David has also worked on legal due diligence, supporting business operations and ensuring appropriate compliance with business and corporate regulations.
