Associate
David concentrates his practice on providing technical and legal advice on personal data protection, privacy and corporate compliance. He advises companies on the identification of data processing; the definition of roles between data controllers, processors and third parties; drafting of privacy agreements; regulatory risk management, and the alignment of internal processes with applicable regulations.
David is experienced in the review and drafting of privacy policies, authorizations, data processing agreements and clauses, confidentiality agreements, and compliance matrices. He is trained in ISO 27701, fintech and blockchain regulation, business administration and mediation, enabling him to draw on legal, technical and corporate perspectives.
