Francisco

Francisco is a member of PBP’s Tax Unit and has over 5 years of experience as a consultant specialized in analysis of transactions between affiliates and their documentation. He has provided transfer pricing advice to national and multinational companies in different industries such as insurance, mass consumption, mining, technical services, and productive industries in general.

He is currently accredited as an expert in Taxation by the Judiciary Council. Additionally, he has actively participated in disputes and support in determinations of the Internal Revenue Service.
