Francisco José is a personal data protection expert. Throughout his career, he has advised domestic and international companies in a variety of sectors on the implementation of and compliance with personal data protection regulations in Ecuador.

Francisco José has led the implementation of privacy systems, developing policies, impact assessment tools, risk analyses, and the definition of action plans through legal, technical and organizational measures. He has also managed privacy incidents and data subject rights requests, handled requests from supervisory authorities, and developed training plans on personal data protection.
