Gustavo concentrates his practice on representing local and multinational companies in tax assessment proceedings, providing advice that spans from the administrative stage to the trying of disputes at the competent courts.
In addition, he is experienced in due diligence, tax consulting, representing clients in the filing of administrative claims and petitions, and dispute resolution.
