Janio

Janio concentrates his practice on corporate and business law as in-house counsel, with an emphasis on corporate governance, compliance, and legal risk management. He is experienced in advising on legal matters in the automotive sector. 

Janio’s work includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, standardizing contractual terms, and providing cross-cutting support to internal areas to facilitate business decisions with controlled risk. In addition, he advises on mergers and acquisitions, structural reforms (spin-offs and change of corporate form), and structuring and executing shareholders’ agreements. Janio also advises on the dissolution, liquidation and orderly closure of companies, including risk management and associated corporate documentation.
