Jeannette focuses on tax and corporate matters. She specializes in the application of double taxation avoidance agreements, tax planning, corporate restructuring and due diligence. She advises clients on submitting information requested by the tax authority and on administrative and judicial assessment and disciplinary processes. She also offers customs law expertise.
