He focuses on corporate tax as well as legal representation of petitions, related queries, claims and lawsuits before the local tax authority and courts.
Juan Francisco advises clients on the tax aspects of foreign loans, new investments, amortizations, tax credits and withholding tax claims in application of double taxation treaties.
