Juan Pedro is a member of PBP’s Tax Unit
Juan Pedro concentrates his practice on providing advisory services and transfer pricing documentation as part of the Tax Unit. He focuses on reviewing compliance with the arm’s length principle in transactions between related parties, and compliance with the guidelines of local regulations and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises.
He also assists companies with filing advance pricing agreement consultations to increase the deductibility limit for transactions with related parties for royalties and technical, administrative and consulting services.
