Julia concentrates her practice on corporate matters, with an emphasis on corporate law and business legal counsel. From her practice at the firm and her role as in-house counsel, she is experienced in advising leading international and domestic companies in the consumer goods sector, as well as companies in the industrial and automotive sector.   

In the field of corporate law, she advises companies on the structuring and execution of corporate transactions, supporting strategic business decision-making. 

Julia also has experience in the structuring, review and negotiation of civil and commercial contracts, including international agreements, as well as providing legal support for commercial transactions and relationships with public and private entities.
