Miguel specializes in corporate and alternative dispute resolution matters. He has worked on diverse due diligence processes for mergers and acquisitions and offers preventative advice on civil and commercial matters, with a special emphasis on contracts.

In the area of dispute resolution, he has participated in arbitration proceedings at the Arbitration Center – Guayaquil Chamber of Commerce and the Arbitration and Mediation Center – Quito Chamber of Commerce.
