Paul is part of our tax practice and is a Transfer Pricing specialist.
Paul is a member of our Tax Unit and has over 17 years of experience as a transfer pricing and international tax consultant for domestic and multinational companies. He has participated in projects for sectors such as consumer market, oil, mining, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, among others.
His professional profile is characterized by comprehensive education in finance, accounting, and taxation, enhanced by postgraduate studies in international taxation, enabling him to address transfer pricing issues from an economic and technical perspective, aligned with their tax and regulatory impacts.
He is currently an accredited expert in fiscal taxation for Ecuador’s Council of the Judiciary. He has also a second undergraduate degree in Law, which complements his professional practice, particularly in tax assessment and dispute proceedings involving the Internal Revenue Service.
His work has been recognized by International Tax Review (ITR World Tax) raking him as a “Rising Star.”
