Paúl is part of our tax practice and is a Transfer Pricing specialist.
Paúl is a member of our Tax Unit and has more than 12 years of experience as a transfer pricing and international tax consultant for domestic and multinational companies. He specializes in the analysis of inter-company transactions and documentation, with a focus on the consumer market, oil, mining, healthcare and pharmaceuticals sectors.
He is currently an accredited expert in fiscal taxation for Ecuador’s Council of the Judiciary. He has also actively worked on disputes and provided support in assessments involving the Internal Revenue Service.
