Paula

Paula is a law school graduate of the Universidad de las Américas. She concentrates her practice on corporate, banking and business matters, with experience advising financial entities and companies. She has developed her expertise at legal firms and in in-house roles, where she has worked on the structuring, review and negotiation of contracts, regulatory compliance, and the management of highly complex documents. She is currently undertaking a master’s degree in legal management and consultancy at the Universidad de las Américas (UDLA), reinforcing her training in corporate legal strategy and business management.  

Paula is also experienced in business, corporate and banking law, having advised on contractual processes, financial transactions, and reviews of legal instruments. She provides strategic support to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.

Paula has worked on legal research and reports on corporate decision-making, as well as the management and organization of administrative and legal files. She works and coordinates with internal and external clients, standing out for her analytical approach, organization, and focus on results.
