Roberth has extensive experience in negotiation, mediation, crisis management and dispute resolution. He defends clients in civil, labor, family and criminal law matters. He advises foundations and corporations on incorporation, compliance with obligations, project execution, dissolution and liquidation.
He is a frequent speaker and instructor on mediation, litigation and rights of children and adolescents. He has also been involved in drafting legislation such as the Minors’ Code and the Instructions for the Referral of Actions to Mediation Centers for the Higher Council of the Judiciary.
Roberth is a monthly columnist for “Revista Salesiana Ser Familia” where he publishes articles on current legal issues.
