Roberto is a member of our Tax Unit.
Roberto focuses on tax services, advising corporate clients and individuals. During his professional career, he has worked for important Ecuadorian family-owned businesses and Latin American multinationals in the agro-industrial, manufacturing and capital equipment sectors, giving him exposure to logistics, international trade, and relationships with machinery and technology manufacturers at a global level. This gives him a business and corporate governance edge which adds value and depth to his analysis.
He has worked on acquisitions, due diligence, and tax and banking litigation, among other disciplines.
