Rodrigo Jijón lidera nuestra práctica de Resolución de Disputas. Es reconocido como un litigante y árbitro experimentado. Tiene amplia experiencia representando a clientes locales y extranjeros en asuntos que van desde arbitrajes para protección de inversiones en Ecuador hasta asuntos contractuales, civiles, ambientales y constitucionales. Los clientes aplauden su enfoque estratégico e implacable en sus casos.

Rodrigo es profesor de derecho procesal y arbitraje en varias universidades ecuatorianas. Ha contribuido con numerosos artículos sobre derecho procesal y arbitraje en diversas publicaciones locales e internacionales especializadas y es ponente habitual en seminarios y congresos sobre derecho procesal y arbitraje en todo el mundo.

Fue presidente fundador del Instituto Ecuatoriano de Arbitraje y miembro titular del Instituto Ecuatoriano de Derecho Procesal. También ha sido miembro del Tribunal de Honor del Colegio de Abogados de Quito.

Rodrigo es árbitro en los principales centros de arbitraje del Ecuador y ha actuado como árbitro y abogado litigante en numerosos procedimientos internacionales administrados por diferentes centros de arbitraje incluyendo CIADI, CCI, la Corte Permanente de Arbitraje, entre otras instituciones. Rodrigo es actualmente delegado de Ecuador ante la Comisión de Arbitraje y Resolución de Disputas de la CCI.
