Soraya is a member of our tax practice and advises clients on the preparation and analysis of accounting information required by the Internal Revenue Service.
Soraya focuses on helping clients with research and determination processes, advising on the preparation and analysis of accounting information required by the Internal Revenue Service.
Soraya advises clients on tax determination challenges at administrative and judicial entities and the preparation of tax returns, as well as determining income tax and VAT.
She also advises on compliance with tax and labor obligations by national and international executive officers and is experienced in preparing expert reports for tax litigation.
