Thais concentrates her practice on dispute resolution, particularly in the area of regulatory law.

She works on the arrival of companies in the highly regulated industries of processed food, pharmaceutical products, telecommunications, retail, agribusiness, aviation, vehicles and IT.

Thais is experienced in administrative proceedings that involve government agencies for health control, telecommunications, quality control and technical standards.

She is also experienced in constitutional proceedings and international disputes at the Court of Justice of the Andean Community.
