Tomás

Tomás concentrates his practice on tax matters, with experience in corporate and securities law.

He has worked on regulatory authorization processes involving Ecuador’s Superintendency of Companies, Securities and Insurance, including the creation of a centralized clearing and settlement depository. Tomás also has experience in structuring bond issuances, drafting and negotiating service agreements and guarantees for financial platforms, and regulatory analysis of payment entities and other players in Ecuador’s fintech ecosystem.
