The Ministry of Labor amended[1] the Guidelines for the application of reduced working hours during the health emergency[2]. The new agreement mainly establishes that the term of the reduction, modification, or suspension of the working day will end:

  • By mutual agreement of the parties;
  • Due to the end of the measure;
  • Due to the end of force majeure.
  • The provisions of the COVID-19 Humanitarian Support Law will be applied for matters that are not regulated by these measures.
